Your satisfaction is our success, so every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Exchanges

To exchange your item for something else, it is best to return your item for a full refund and place a new order through our website. That way you get your new item quickly and don’t risk it selling out. 

Important Qualifiers

All items must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and insurance, except in the event of a shipping error (in which we cover return shipping). We strongly suggest obtaining a tracking number.
